For nine years, I was deeply involved in our family business, growing it from a modest home care provider to a leading service in the disability sector — employing over 400 staff and generating eight-figure revenue. While the business flourished, I found myself sacrificing my health, family time, and the very reasons I started the journey.

That experience led to a simple but powerful realisation:
