I was so focused on the growth and success of the family business, I completely lost sight of why I even started!

In the 9 years I worked within our family business, we experienced extreme growing pains that robbed so much Joy out of all our lives.

We took a small home care business from humble beginnings to a significant service provider in the disability space with well over 400 staff, and 8 figures in revenue.

And we did it all with shear grit and determination, forsaking our personal Health and Wellbeing.

It almost cost me my life as I fell into despair, depression and bouts of sever anxiety. Loosing sight of myself, I had to walk away from our family business and back into our family!

Today I am touring Australia with a passion to prevent others from making the same mistakes I did.

My wife and I packed up our home, and with our 4 children, embarked on a life of adventure, sharing what we have learned with as many people as we can.
